Meet Terry Frank


Terry Frank is a lifelong Anderson County resident and a proven conservative leader who understands the values, priorities, and way of life that make the community strong. Before entering public service, Terry owned and operated a small local business for twenty years, giving her firsthand experience with the challenges facing families, workers, and job creators.


Terry currently serves as County Mayor and is president of the Tennessee Association of County Mayors, where she works with leaders across the state to strengthen local government and protect taxpayers. She believes county government should be efficient, responsive, and focused on delivering real results for the people it serves.


As mayor, Terry has focused on building strong relationships that benefit Anderson County residents, putting in the long hours required to make county government work better. She has made public safety a top priority and supports investments that protect families and communities. Terry is also a strong advocate for small businesses and works to keep the local economy growing and competitive.


Terry and her husband Lee have been married for thirty five years. They are proud parents of three sons, two daughters in law, and four grandchildren, and they are deeply rooted in the Anderson County community they call home.
